Health and Safety Acknowledgement
The National Latino Behavioral Health Association, along with the National Hispanic and Latino Addiction Technology Transfer Center (NHL-ATTC) and the National Hispanic and Latino Prevention Technology Transfer Center (NHL-PTTC), views the health of our staff, board, council, and especially attendees as a priority. Here is what we’re doing to protect your health and peace-of-mind so you can enjoy 2022 National Latino Behavioral Health Conference: Latino Behavioral Health Equity ¡Juntos Podemos!
2022 National Latino Behavioral Health Conference: Latino Behavioral Health Equity ¡Juntos Podemos! will be following CDC Guidelines and the State of Nevada Laws and will monitor Nevada Health Response and respond appropriately to any changes.  Surfaces will be cleansed between workshop sessions and all efforts will be taken to ensure a pleasant conference experience that supports workshop occupancy consistent with the ability to maintain social distancing but cannot be guaranteed throughout the entire conference and in areas outside of the conference location.
Las Vegas is open and ready to welcome visitors, without restrictions involving capacity limits and large gatherings. In addition, in February 2022, the State lifted the mask mandate in all indoor facilities, however masks are still required on all public transportation, including the Las Vegas Monorail.  The National Latino Behavioral Health Association, along with the National Hispanic and Latino Addiction Technology Transfer Center (NHL-ATTC) and the National Hispanic and Latino Prevention Technology Transfer Center (NHL-PTTC) request face coverings are worn by all attendees who are not fully vaccinated.
Attending a large gathering or event increases your chance of being in close contact with people outside of your household and being exposed to COVID-19.  Please do your part to ensure this is a safe and successful event.  If you or someone you have had close contact with, within 10 days prior to the conference, have tested positive please do not attend.  Please follow all guidelines to Protect Yourself & Others, and if at any time you are feeling unwell or experience flu-like symptoms please immediately notify event staff and exit the event.
